Welcome to Artisan Hub. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online marketplace, “Artisan Hub” (the “Platform”), which connects customers (“you”) with vendors offering services such as makeup artistry, photography, mehndi application, and nail artistry.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Services Offered

The Platform provides a marketplace where customers can find and book vendors offering personal and event services.
We act only as an intermediary and do not directly provide any of the listed services. The quality, timing, and execution of every service are the responsibility of the respective vendor.


2. Booking and Payments

You can browse vendor profiles, reviews, and portfolios before making a booking.
All bookings must be made through the Platform’s official booking system.

2.1 Payment Considerations

Payment may be required as a partial deposit or in full, depending on the terms set by the vendor.
Whether a booking is secured by a half (partial) payment or full payment must be agreed with the vendor at the time of booking. The applicable amount and split will be shown to you before you confirm.

2.2 Vendor Travel, Accommodation, and Meals

For bookings that require a vendor or their team to travel beyond their usual service area, or to stay on location, you are responsible for arranging or covering reasonable travel, accommodation, and meals for the vendor and their team.
These arrangements must be discussed and agreed with the vendor before the booking is confirmed.

2.3 Cancellation and Refund Terms
Any cancellation or refund policy is subject to the vendor’s terms, which will be outlined to you at the time of booking.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate booking details, including your preferred time, date, and location.
  • You must ensure a safe and appropriate environment for vendors to perform their services.Any
  • additional requirements must be communicated directly to the vendor before the booking is confirmed.
  • You agree to treat all vendors and their teams with respect and professionalism.


4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in accordance with the specific vendor’s policy.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy set by the vendor.
  • Where a dispute arises, we may assist in resolution as set out in Section 6, but we do not guarantee any refund or reimbursement.


5. Platform Limitations and Liability

We are not responsible for the quality, timing, or outcome of services provided by vendors.
We may carry out limited verification of vendors, but this is not a guarantee of their conduct or service. We encourage you to review ratings and feedback before booking.
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or dissatisfaction arising from services booked through the Platform, to the extent permitted by law.


6. Dispute Resolution


We want disputes handled clearly and fairly. The following process applies:

Raise it with the vendor first. Most issues can be resolved directly between you and the vendor.
Escalate to Artisan Hub. If the matter is not resolved, you may contact Artisan Hub support within a reasonable period (for example, 7 days of the service date), with relevant details and evidence.
Platform assistance. We may, at our discretion, assist in mediating the dispute. We are not legally obligated to do so and do not guarantee any particular outcome, refund, or reimbursement.
Formal resolution. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be referred to arbitration or mediation in accordance with the laws of India before any legal action is pursued.


7. User Conduct

You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
We do not tolerate harassment, abuse, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour toward any vendor or their team.
Any violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.


8. Reviews and Feedback

You may leave honest reviews and feedback after a service is completed.
Reviews must be fair, factual, and not defamatory.
We reserve the right to remove any review that contains false information, inappropriate content, or that violates our policies.


9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Artisan Hub Privacy Policy.
We may share the details necessary to facilitate a booking with the relevant vendor.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.


10. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be communicated on the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


11. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [City], India, in line with the dispute resolution process in Section 6.
